About Cedarwood Farms

​K-J Equestrian offers lessons in Hunter and Jumper on a weekly, and by appointment, basis. Jamie, and two additional instructors, are available to meet your training needs.

 Services offered at Cedarwood include Full Board (to include twice daily feeding, stall cleaning, turnout, any supplements provided by the owner) and Pasture Board (to include twice daily feeding) programs.

Cedarwood Farms is a lovely facility located on the Memphis,TN, and Olive Branch, MS, city lines. Cedarwood is comprised of approximately 150 tranquil acres, with 3 arenas in which to ride and train your horses.

All arenas are lit and have all-weather footing. The large arena offers a full jump course, while our small arena can be used for teaching lessons or dressage training. Our 3rd arena is covered where you can practice jumping or riding, rain or shine. We have roomy stalls and ample sized wash racks in both upper and lower barns.

​Jamie has been a professional horse trainer and riding instructor for over 20 years.  

 Jamie attended William Woods College where she enjoyed being on the riding team and learning all she could about horse health, training, and feeding. She rode with trainers in California where she furthered her education in the sport she loves. 

 Several of the top riders in the Mid-South have started their riding careers with Jamie and have gone on to win some of the most prestigious awards at a National level.
